Maths – In the Environment

The children have been very interested in Maths in the environment. With the warm weather we have seen butterflies, bees and ladybirds amongst other wildlife. This has enable the children to look at different patterns, count spots and stripes, as well as looking at difference and similarities between different bugs. The older children have also bee n using their developing pencil skills to write their own labels.
